In the far north the great snow bears of the arctic prowl sheet ice in search of seals or walrus, and just under their feet a passing beluga or grey whale might slink by. In the arid plains south of the arctic can be found the incredibly rare and peculiar Saiga antelope. Residents since the ice age, their remarkable bulbous noses can filter dirt and warm winter air. And deep in the lush Taiga boreal forest stalks the biggest cat on earth, the majestic Siberian tiger. There is no doubt that Russia is both wild and beautiful, without a doubt a hidden treasure!
